Left Over Roti ka Halwa 

 

Samagri (ingredients)

  1. 4 Roti
  2. 2 Cup dudh(milk)
  3. 1 Cup cheeni
  4. 1/2 Cup ghee
  5. thoda sa sukha nariyal
  6. 3 badam, 3 kaju 

   Bnane ki vidhi(Recipe)

  • Sabse pahele roti ke chote chote tukde kar lein
  • Ab isme dudh(milk)dalkar acche se mila dein aur 1 hr ke liye rakh dein
  • Ab mixi me dalkar halka sa pees lein
  • Kadhai me ghee dal dein
  • Jab ghee garam ho jaye to isme roti wala mixture dal dein
  • Ab isko dheemi dheemi aanch par bhun lein
  • Jab mixture ghee chod de to samjh lijiye halwa bhun gya hai
  • Ab halwe me cheeni dal dijiye 
  • Thoda sa nariyal ghis kar dal dijiye
  • kaju aur badam ke tukde kar lijiye
  • Thoda sa kaju aur badam dalkar acche se mila dijiye
  • Kisi bartan me nikal kar upar se kaju, badam aur nariyal se garnish kar lijiye
  • Garma garam left over roti ka halwa taiyar hai

     Ye halwa sabhi ko bahut passnd aayega aur aapki roti bhi use ho jayegi
