Chane ki dal ka halwa 

Samagri( ingredients)

  1. 1 katori chane ki dal 
  2. 1/2 katori cheeni
  3. 4 kaju
  4. 4 Badam
  5. Ghee
  6. 1/2 cup milk

  Banane ki vidhi( Recipe)

  • Sabse phele chane ki dal ko bheega dein 4 hrs ke liye
  • Ab dal ko pees lein
  • Kadhai me ghee garam kar lein, jab ghee acche se garam ho jaye tab isme peesi hui dal ka paste dal dein
  • Dheemi dheemi anch par acche se chalte hue bhun lein
  • Jab dal ghee chodh de tab isme cheeni aur milk dal kar acche se chalaye
  • 2 kaju , 2 badam kat kar dal dein
  • Ab anch se utar lein
  • Aapka garma garam chane ki dal ka halwa taiyar hai
  • Ab isko kisi baratan me nikal lein aur upar se kaju, badam se garnish kar dain
  • kaju, badam ko chota chota kaat kar dalein
